For 7+ years, live sound has been the bulk of my work. It has brought me the majority of my clients and friends. Without my job as a FOH engineer, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
The ins and outs of the studio are very similar to the live sound world, and I have experience building, wiring, maintaining, and running live sound systems of all different sizes.
Working as an engineer at Brothers Drake Meadery and Natalie’s Coal Fired Pizza in Columbus Ohio, I’ve had the opportunity to work with local, regional, and nationally touring groups, ranging in all musical genres: from rock to rap, folk to jazz, electronic to world.
Running live sound has it’s own set of challenges and rewards.
Each can yield a potential of fantastic sonics.
